If you are interested in sponsoring the CSGSA, please contact CSGSA's Industry Liaison Committee. Yahoo! and Google are currently CSGSA's major sponsors; we are seeking more industry partners at all levels of sponsorship.

The CSGSA runs with the generous support of industry sponsors. Additional funding is essential for the CSGSA to continue running its many social activities such as weekly social hour & movie nights, bi-weekly bar night, regular BBQs, post-prelim, welcome and admit weekend parties, co-fund the EECS softball league; help fund City CarShare accounts, the Buyers' Club, and re-model our Grad Lounge and equip it with high and low-tech games. Sponsorship also helps grads create useful contacts with internship/post-graduation potential employees, and run grad-targeted information sessions.

Major industry sponsors get a great deal out of funding the CSGSA. They get access to over 200 Berkeley Computer Science PhD students, for a relatively small amount of money (we are looking for $3k per year from major sponsors; other levels are also possible). We can offer complimentary co-hosting of semesterly infosessions for either grads-only or sessions for undergrads (we have extensive experience running both). We also advertise our sponsorship in all CSGSA emails, our website and our lounges.
